Returns, Cancellations and Refund Policy

How Can I Cancel a Purchase?

  1. Cancellation Due to Damage:
    If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify the delivery personnel immediately and raise a support ticket. The reported issue will be assessed within 24 hours. If Palisandr Furniture’s determines that the product is indeed damaged or defective, we may proceed with a replacement, return, or any suitable corrective action as deemed appropriate.
  2. Cancellation Due to Incorrect Product:
    If you receive a product that doesn’t match the specifications of your original order, report the issue immediately by raising a ticket.
  3. Cancellation Due to Change of Mind:
    Orders can be canceled until its not confirmed. Eligible cancellations will be refunded to you.

Please note:

  •  Post the 10-hour window, cancellations will incur applicable charges and are subject to approval.

Damage/Defect Reporting

  •       All damage/defect complaints must be submitted within 10 hours of delivery.
  •       Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
  •       For items with broken packaging, an unboxing video, photos is required to validate the claim.
  •       For further assistance, contact our customer care or raise a ticket.

Returns & Refunds

  • We do not offer returns & refunds due to nature of our business however if product is broken or damaged in transit we do offer replacements upon verified checks of the product by our team.
  • Replacement of the product will be delivered within 7-10 business days
