Palisandr Furniture’s products are covered under a 36-month limited warranty, applicable only to manufacturing or workmanship defects under normal household usage.

•       This warranty applies to purchases made on or after 31th August 2025.

The following are excluded from warranty coverage:

•       Normal wear and tear over time
•       Minor scratches, cuts, or damage from misuse or improper cleaning
•       Damage from incorrect installation or assembly by the customer
•       Issues arising from improper storage, use, or cleaning methods (e.g., fading due to sunlight exposure)
•       Cracks due to movement or shifting of furniture
•       Wood decay from water exposure
•       Natural expansion/contraction of solid wood due to climate changes
•       Joint lines, grain patterns, or natural wood features
•       Fabric (upholstery) and seat covers — these are not covered under warranty; only the frame and mechanisms are covered (if applicable)
•       Damage caused by harsh chemicals or non-standard cleaning methods
•       Dimensional variations up to 2 inches, which are standard in the industry
•       Floor-level unevenness up to 5mm, including gaps — this is also standard and not considered a defect

Important Note:

Warranties will be void if:

•       The product is relocated from the original delivery address.
•       Any unauthorized third-party service is used for installation, repair, or modification.
