How do I initiate a return?
Email support@palisandr.in with your order details and issue. Our team will follow up to assess the situation and arrange a return.
Verification process
We may request photographs or send a technician to verify the condition of the returned. The mattress must be clean and undamaged. Palisandr Furniture reserves the right to determine eligibility for return or refund.
Claiming the 20-Year Warranty
Email support@palisandr.in with:
- A description of the issue
- Product photos
- Your original invoice
Our team will inspect the matter and decide on a repair or replacement if valid defects are found.
Covered Under Warranty
- Sagging, deformation, or shrinkage over 1 inch
- Surface waviness or foam splitting
Not Covered
- Stains, spills, burns, or misuse
- Damage to cover/zipper
- Unauthorized repairs or tampering
- Unhygienic mattress conditions
Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser with a valid invoice.
