Order Tracking & Delivery
How can I track my order?
The most efficient way to track your order is by signing into your account at palisandr.in and visiting the “Orders” section under “My Account”. If you’re a guest user, you will receive order updates on the email used at checkout.
You will be able to monitor various stages including Order Confirmation, Manufacturing, Quality Checks, and Dispatch. We strive to meet all communicated delivery timelines and proactively update you via email or phone. If you haven’t heard from us within 10 days of placing your order, please reach out to our Customer Support (support@palisandr.in).
What is the estimated delivery timeline?
We aim to dispatch your order within 5–7 business days of the expected production timeline. However, exceptions such as transport strikes, extreme weather, or natural disasters may cause delays. In such events, we will prioritize your delivery and keep you informed.
Please note that custom-made items may require additional time, and standard delivery timelines may not apply to select pin codes.
Are there any extra delivery or installation fees?
We offer free delivery on the first attempt. If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability, additional charges may apply for subsequent visits.

What should I check upon delivery?
Upon receiving your product, please ensure:
- Check for external damages: cracks, chips, rough patches, or signs of infestation.
- Minor dust or dullness can be fixed on-site by dry cloth.
- Floor-standing items must be checked for balance. Uneven legs (less than 5mm) will be fixed with adjustment pads. Greater discrepancies will be addressed via repair or replacement.
- For seating items, check for frame stability and any fabric defects.
- Interior finishing in storage furniture may not match external polish but will be splinter-free.
- Natural grain variations in hardwood are normal and do not indicate defects.
- Minor seasonal expansion (e.g., tight drawers in summer) is expected and temporary.
Once delivery is complete and the product has been inspected, Palisandr Furniture will not be liable for any damages caused by mishandling or rough use. Issues raised post-installation due to customer negligence will not be eligible for refund, repair, or replacement.
Will the product look exactly like the website photos?
While we strive to match the product images and descriptions as closely as possible, natural variations in wood grain, color, or texture may occur. Palisandr Furniture disclaims any guarantee of exact match, but ensures high manufacturing and aesthetic standards are met.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
All products go through rigorous quality checks before dispatch. If you receive a damaged item or notice a manufacturing defect (e.g., poor finish, unstable structure), report the issue immediately at the time of delivery. Provide photos/video to Customer Support (support@palisandr.in) for review.
We will respond within 1–2 business days and suggest a resolution, which could include repair, replacement, or remanufacture. Palisandr Furniture reserves the sole right to determine the nature and severity of defects.
