•   Our bed frames may include MDF for mattress support. Issues like fungus due to environmental moisture are not covered under product responsibility.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, the Company will ship the product, and the customer must complete payment.

Based on assessment, a replacement may be issued, or a refund provided.

In cases where standard products (without customization) are ordered, production will proceed without requiring customer approval. Approval will be requested only for custom-designed items.
